Meet Forbes

Forbes Greene was born and raised in Greenville, NC. She graduated from East Carolina University in 2024. She loves Greenville and the surrounding area and could not imagine living anywhere else. Forbes began working as The Administrative and Marketing Assistant for The Sarah Weir Group in 2025 and now is beginning her career as a real estate agent in 2026. Forbes was exposed to the home-buying process from an early age. With her father, Talbot Greene, working as a lender, she has gained firsthand insight into how financing and real estate work together, giving her clients an added advantage through knowledge, preparation, and clear communication throughout the transaction. As a real estate agent in Greenville, a great advantage Forbes has is that this isn’t just where she works, it is where she has grown up and lived her entire life, allowing her to have firsthand knowledge on the area. She loves spending her spare time in Morehead City and Atlantic Beach with her family and friends, cheering on the ECU Pirates, and shopping and dining around Greenville.
